Hire Conditions
PLEASE NOTE- we are no longer taking any bookings for camper hire.
All of our campers are booked out until after the xmas break. After they are returned from their final trips we will be closing that side of the business. We thank the many customers that have hired from us in the past and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

$500.00 | The campers are fully insured and should there be need for a claim the hirer is liable for the excess. This fee will be deducted from the security bond. |
| Late Return | $125.00 per day | There will be a late fee charged for every day over the initial return date. |

The Booking - is only confirmed when the deposit is paid .
The Balance of Hire Fee - is to be paid in full on or before the day you pick up the Camper either by cash, cheque or Cedit Card.
The Security Bond - This will be either a credit card swipe or a cash payment (if no credit card). This will only be processed if required., for cleaning or damage.
Gas bottles are full when hired out and must be re-filled before returning or we have the facility to re-fill them on our premises when you return and you only pay for the Gas used.
Any Loss or Damage - will be paid for by the hirer, if camper or equipment is not returned clean as it was when hired out, there will be a cleaning fee. This will depend on the condition of the camper and equipment when returned. This includes sand and/or mud on the canvas. If applicable the fee will also be either charged to the credit card given for the security bond or deducted from the cash payment left.
As well as completion of the rental agreement, we require to sight and photocopy the following.
- Drivers Licence
- Medibank Card
- Credit Card
- Registration Number and make of the vehicle towing the camper.

Weekly: Pick up AM saturday any time between 8:00AM and 11AM. Return Friday PM before 4:00PM We are flexible with pick up and drop off times and the day you commence the hire , however this does depend on other booking we may already have. |

School Holiday Requirements
Minimum Hire: 1 week for Easter June, September, 2 weeks for Christmas / New Year School Holidays.
